Customer’s purchasing tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them by way of e-ticket. The Customer MUST print the e-ticket/email (No QR code) and bring the printed copy to board the coach there is no exception.

- Each passenger may bring aboard no more than TWO pieces of luggage. Not included in this limit are personal items such as briefcases, purses, laptop and infant paraphernalia.
- Luggage size: 50lbs (23kg) 28″ x 22″ x 14″
- Surcharge fee of CDN$20.00 will apply to additional luggage, all oversized ( skis, snowboard and golf bags…etc) and overweight luggage.
Due to higher security measures there may be longer than usual delays at the border. Company endeavours to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, the Company reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require. Cantrail will not be responsible for delays caused by customs, breakdowns, road conditions, weather or other circumstances beyond the carrier’s control that may and can effect our schedule times.
NOTE:
Passengers may not board or be boarded or discharged at the International Boundary. United States and Canadian Immigration will require varying forms of documentation from all persons seeking entry into the US or Canada based on a person’s country of citizenship. Without appropriate documentation, entry will not be allowed. Check with your Amtrak Agent or travel agent for further information.
Service Animals Due to public health concern and people who have severe dander allergies, only certified guide/service animals with government issued picture IDs are allowed on buses. Emotional support animals are not considered as service animals, thus these animals are not permitted on Cantrail buses.
Arrival/Departure Forms: I-94 and I-94W – No Paper
